Using the website and apps

Quiet Frontier Pty Ltd operates Stelix. These terms cover use of our public website and the work services accessed through our website and mobile app. Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, bypass access controls or misuse another person's information.

Authorised work use

The web and mobile apps provide access to your organisation's Stelix projects. Use your own authorised account, keep your credentials private and tell your administrator if your access should change. Your organisation's existing service agreement and workplace policies also apply; this page does not set subscription prices or replace that agreement.

Accurate and appropriate records

Record work, attendance and delays accurately. Only upload content you have permission to use and share with the project team. Do not submit unlawful material, expose someone else's confidential information or attempt to access projects or accounts without authorisation.

Photos, videos and notes form part of a shared project record. Check the project, date and content before saving. Contact your administrator when a locked or historical record needs correction.

Site safety and connectivity

Follow your site's safety procedures when using a phone. Stelix does not replace emergency services, supervision, required inspections or professional judgement. Report urgent safety matters through your site's established emergency process.

A network connection is needed to load and save shared records. Treat an upload or save as incomplete until the website or app confirms success. Keep necessary source records if a connection fails and use the offered retry controls.

Privacy and ending access

The Privacy Policy explains the information used by the website and apps. Your organisation manages your project permissions. You can request account deletion; shared records may have separate retention requirements.
