Privacy Policy

How information is handled across the Stelix website, web application, mobile app and linked site sign-in service.

Updated 21 September 2026 · Quiet Frontier Pty Ltd

About this policy

Quiet Frontier Pty Ltd operates Stelix. This policy covers browsing our website, using an organisation account on the web or mobile app, submitting site sign-in details and contacting us for support.

Your account and project team

Stelix is a construction work service used with an existing organisation account. Your organisation determines your project access and the work records it needs. Your name, email, account identifier and assigned role are used to sign you in, control access and identify who created or changed a record.

Information you record

The web and mobile apps handle the project records you submit, including daily logs, work completed, site comments, ground conditions, additional personnel, hours lost, rain days and task updates. They also handle the photos, videos and documents you choose to capture or upload, including recorded sound, captions, capture times and their project association.

These are shared work records, visible to people with access to the relevant project. Site QR codes open a linked sign-in form in your browser; details you submit there become part of the site attendance record. Only include information and images you are authorised to share.

Camera, photos, microphone and location

Camera access supports site photos, videos and QR scanning. Photo library access lets you choose media to upload. Microphone access records sound with videos. You can change these permissions in your device settings; declining a permission prevents the feature that needs it.

The mobile app does not request device location permission or track your location in the background. A project address or site sign-in is a work record, and can indicate the site you are working at. Uploaded files may contain information embedded by your device or visible in the image itself.

Website sessions and technical information

The web application uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but this can sign you out or prevent account features from working.

When error reporting is enabled, the website sends technical error reports to Sentry to help investigate faults. These can include error messages, code locations, times and diagnostic context. Service requests also carry technical information such as your IP address.

If you contact us, we use the contact details and information you provide to respond and investigate your request. Avoid including passwords or personal information that is not needed to resolve it.

Storage and service providers

Stelix uses Supabase for account authentication, project data and media storage, and Vercel for its website, web application and APIs. Requests to these services include technical information such as an IP address and request time, needed to deliver and secure the service. Support messages are handled through the support mailbox.

The mobile app stores your sign-in session on your device. Pending media and upload progress can also be stored locally so an interrupted upload can be retried. The pending copy is removed when the app completes or discards that upload. Uninstalling the app or clearing browser data does not delete records already uploaded to your project.

Retention and account deletion

Account information and shared project records have different purposes. Construction, attendance and audit records can be subject to your organisation's contractual or legal retention requirements. Removing account access does not by itself erase those records, or copies already exported by your project team.

Use Delete account to request deletion. We will complete your request within 30 days of receiving it and notify you of the outcome, including any records retained and why. Contact support for the retention and deletion arrangements that apply to your account and organisation.

Access, correction and privacy concerns

For access to or correction of project records, contact your project administrator. For account information, privacy questions or a complaint, email support@quietfrontier.studio. Include your account email and organisation so the request can be directed correctly. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
